How do I place an order via WhatsApp?

Select the desired product and click on the button "Order on WhatsApp". This will direct you to your own WhatsApp with the details of the chosen product. Just click on send button and we will be receiving your enquiry.

The product photographs/video will be sent to confirm. Once confirmation is received the payment option will be shared (preferably GPay, PhonePe or any other online payment methods). Once payment is received the product will be couriered.

Courier charges will be additional. 

Can I get a refund or exchange if the product isn’t as expected?

No exchange or refund is encouraged. However, if the product is damaged in transit or has any other total color mismatch, then such returns will be accepted on case-to-case basis.

How do I track my order if it's placed through WhatsApp?

Once the order is accepted at our end, the item will be dispatched through courier and the courier slip will be shared. Our team will follow up deliveries based on the PO number.

Are there additional costs like shipping fees or taxes?

Courier charges will be additional. Any packing charges for gift packaging or any other special requests will be additional. All the products is inclusive of local taxes. For outstation, if there are any specific taxes to be levied, it will be additional.

What if the product arrives damaged or defective?

We recommend our customers to take pictures of the received package and look for any external damages. If the parcel is damaged, please notify us immediately along with the photographs. If the product is damaged, please notify us with those images and courier us back the package for us to process the refund / replacement.
